Established in 2004, CHMS Ltd shaped its origins in providing reactive snagging works to new and existing builds throughout the North West of England

Through dedication, hard work and a constant strive for customer satisfaction; CH Maintenance progressed to become one of the nation’s leaders in maintenance and refurbishment works for student accommodation, hotels & commercial properties
